Business incubator

“Business Incubator for Veterans and Their Families” was created as a platform to support and develop entrepreneurial skills among veterans and their families who are eager to start their own business. The incubator brings together participants with different ideas and experiences, offering them the opportunity to gain knowledge and support for a successful start in entrepreneurial activity.

The training program lasted for a month, during which participants attended 9 specialized training sessions focused on different aspects of doing business: financial planning, marketing, team management and legal aspects of entrepreneurship. In addition, the program included regular business breakfasts that facilitated informal communication, exchange of experience and establishment of useful contacts.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit excursions to modern manufacturing enterprises to see successful business models in action and adopt best practices. The final event of the program was the final defense of business projects, where each participant presented their ideas to experts and received the feedback necessary to improve and implement their initiatives.
